Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for NRFP2996 Transcription Services as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The purpose of this NRFP is to seek proposals from qualified service agencies that can provide qualified transcribers to deliver live caption and transcription services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students for any engagement that requires transcribing services on an as, if and when requested basis.
