The Owner invites Bids from qualified contractors for construction of the work, which includes, in general terms, the following scope:
.1 Construction of a new covered open-air gathering place - 590m2 wood-frame singlestory roof structure over a circular berm with seatings and platforms (total area of 1660m2 )
.2 Site development, including: rough and finished grading, service connections, walkways, access road, landscaping, retention pond and other developments.
