NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTES

Quotes will be received by NB Power until May 7, 2025 at 1:30 ADT for the following:

DIAMOND DRILLING SERVICES
MACTAQUAC GENERATING STATION
KESWICK RIDGE, NEW BRUNSWICK

RFQ #0670-25-S505

Mandatory Site Conditions & Investigations Meeting - See section 4.3 of RFQ.

Bid Security and Bonding Requirements - See section 4.5 of RFQ.

NB Power has integrated a new procurement platform called Bonfire. All RFQ activity including but not limited to the RFQ documentation, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and proponent submittals will be carried out using the Bonfire platform. See attached Bonfire Vendor Instruction document for directions on accessing, registering and utilizing the platform. The New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website will continue to serve as a host for the public
solicitation notice. NB Power reserves the right to reject quotes that do not comply with these instructions.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any quotes received after the closing date and time will be rejected.

There will be no public opening. Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded.

FORCED LABOUR AND CHILD LABOUR LAWS. Quotes should be formulated with a full understanding and appreciation of Supplementary General Conditions "C"/Part 2, Forced Labour and Child Labour.
