Description

CT is seeking proposals from firms for janitorial services as follows: Schedule 1 – East Section Schedule 2 – West Section Schedule 3 – 7 Ave Section Proponents are encouraged to respond to one or more schedules. If a proponent chooses to submit proposals for multiple schedules, a separate submission is required for each schedule. Please ensure that the applicable schedule is clearly indicated on the front cover of each proposal. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial term of one (1) year.The Agreement may be renewed, two (2) time(s) for two (2) Year(s) each time, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
