Calgary Housing (CH) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for Commercial Real Estate Management. The scope of services includes, managing 12 commercial spaces—7
occupied and 5 vacant to increase occupancy and maximize rental income for CH. The Successful Proponent will be responsible for finding and screening new tenants, hosting property tours,
conducting market-rate analysis, negotiating lease terms, and drafting lease agreements. The scope also involves managing lease renewals, making strategic recommendations to optimize occupancy,
and implementing creative, tailored marketing strategies for each unique property.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting has been scheduled for: DATE: Tuesday, April 22, 2025 TIME: 3:00PM (Calgary Time) LOCATION: TEAMS Meeting Any bidders that are interested in attending the virtual meeting
are to email fatimetou.saleck@calgary.ca with the name and email address of the attendee and an invitation will be sent to that email address. The virtual meeting will be held using the
Microsoft Teams Application. OPTIONAL PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: Please note that specific and pertinent information may be conveyed at this meeting. Proponents attending this meeting may be privy
to project information that may not necessarily be contained in any of the documentation provided. The use of Artificial Intelligence, recording devices or any similar technology without prior
