Description

The purpose of this Request for Quotation is to solicit the best overall price for the City of Trail’s Crack Sealing Program. The term of the agreement is three (3) years with a possibility of two, one (1) year extensions. Pricing to remain in effect for the initial 3 years and will be subject to review prior to any extension.

All work must conform to the MMCD (Platinum Edition) Sealing Pavement Cracks for Maintenance Purposes Section 32 01 17.6.

The Contractor shall supply all labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in a safe and professional manner.

The Contractor is responsible for all mobilization, de-mobilization, traffic control, and safety. This cost is to be included in the quotations unit prices.
