Description

BCEHS currently uses the Avaya Blue software system for their for legacy 9-1-1 telephony system. BCEHS requires maintenance and support for this end-of-life system. Netagen Communications Technologies Inc. was the only vendor identified as being able to provide this support. BCEHS will direct award this maintenance and support to Netagen for one year or until the new system is implemented.
