Description

The University of British Columbia Okanagan ("UBCO" or "University") intends to enter into one (1) contract with a qualified and experienced supplier/vendor ("Service Provider") to provide flooring replacement services (the "Work") for the Cascades Residences. The scope of work includes the removal of existing flooring materials, such as roll carpeting, vinyl sheet goods, ceramic tiles, and stair treads, and replacing them with specified materials including carpet tiles, vinyl plank, and metal nosing in designated areas.

The buildings will be available for project commencement on June 1, 2025, and the Work must be fully completed by August 1, 2025. All materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the flooring replacement must be provided by the Service Provider.

Non-Mandatory Site Walk-Through of the Buildings’ Exterior Only on April 15, 2025 at 10:00 am to 11:00 am Pacific Time or visit independently
