Description

This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is an invitation from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Procurement Consultant Services as further described in the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). KPU is issuing this RFPQ as a joint procurement initiative on behalf of KPU and the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV).

Selected respondents will be placed on a Qualified Suppliers List and govern by the use of list guidelines set out in Appendix D. The term of the List of Qualified Suppliers is to be for a period of up to 3 years.

Based on the evaluation of the responses in Stages II, up to top 6 ranked respondents will be selected for inclusion on a prequalified supplier list and for eligibility to sign an “as if and when required” General Services Agreement Contract with the Kwantlen Polytechnic University as well as with the University of the Fraser Valley.
