Description

The City of Lloydminster (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors to complete the full removal and final disposal of sludge from its Wastewater Treatment Facility lagoons (i.e. Cells 2 and 3).

An onsite Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on April 22, 2025 @ 1:30:00 PM M.T. at the Wastewater Treatment Facility Administrative Building located at 3520 67 Street Lloydminster, SK to discuss project parameters, take samples, and to take questions from potential Vendors. Interested Vendors can email the Project Owner prior to the meeting to request an invite. Attendance by Vendors at this meeting is not Mandatory but is encouraged. Minutes of items discussed during the meeting and responses to any questions will be distributed via Addendum and will form part of the RFP package.
