Description

This RFQ is open only to Prequalified parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor Status in the following category: Road Construction C7000000 This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations. Term is until construction completion: Estimated Scheduled Operation Date is July 31, 2025. The City of Calgary Real Estate and Development Services requires removals, grading, road building, landscaping and fencing to upgrade the IKO Access Entrance.

The Proponents" meeting (not mandatory) will be held at 4321 - 15 Street SE, Calgary, Alberta. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Safety vests, safety boots, safety hard hats, appropriate outdoor clothing. Respondents" Meeting and Site Visit will be held outside on Apr 17, 2025 • 9:30 am (MT)
