Description

This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the Nurse Call Upgrade. The Project involves the complete replacement of the existing Ascom Telligence nurse call system with new hardware and software (Telligence 7). Where noted, existing wiring and pathways shall be re-used. Where existing cabling is not sufficient for the new system, or where cabling does not meet standards, it shall be replaced with new. Existing head end and backbone hardware shall be replaced with rack mounted solutions as noted on drawings. Island Health prefers a Ready-for-Takeover date of August 31st, 2025
