Description

The City currently uses Managed Network Services to support The City’s campus, office, and data center network connectivity needs. The City is seeking proposals from Proponents who can provide a managed network service consisting of Internet Gateways, Virtual Private Lan Services and related services to 90+ locations within Calgary and surrounding city limits. The Proponent will be responsible to provide: • Financially responsible and sustainable Internet services to the City of Calgary and surrounding area • An account manager to liaison with The City and ensure program deliverables • Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Network Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent access for support
