The Local Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather details from respondents regarding Engineering and Construction Project Management Software solutions that can support the Local Government"s Engineering Division in effectively managing capital construction projects. The Local Government seeks a modern, scalable, and integrated project management system that will enhance project planning, execution, financial tracking, and reporting while improving collaboration among
internal and external stakeholders.
The objective of this RFI is to:
- Identify available software solutions that align with the Local Government"s needs for multi-year capital portfolio project planning, financial management, and construction oversight.
- Understand Respondent"s capabilities, system features, integration options, and best practices in project management for municipal engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Assess potential solutions that will enable the Local Government to streamline project scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate opportunities for digital transformation, including workflow automation, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven reporting, and real-time analytics.
This RFI is not a solicitation for binding proposals, bids or a commitment to procure a solution at this stage. Instead, the information collected will help the Local Government define requirements for a future Request for Proposal (RFP) or procurement process.
