GRANULAR BASE COURSE, ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND OTHER WORK From: Jct. Highway 858 to Jct. Township Road 684A Kilometre 0.00 to Kilometre 7.40 The project limits have been split into ten sections with the intention that construction will be completed over a 3-year period (or as budgets allow). The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Clearing - Existing Surface Removal - Scarify, Reshape, and Recompact Granular Base Course - Subgrade Preparation - Approach improvements as directed by the Consultant - Ditch Improvements as directed by the Consultant - Extension/replacement of existing culverts as needed - Supply and place granular base course - Supply and place asphalt concrete pavement - Installing/Paving new asphalt trail - Broadcast seeding - Pavement markings - Supply and install signs and posts - Other work as indicated in the unit price schedule and special provisions
