Description

Civida is seeking up to two (2) qualified contractors to provide materials abatement services specializing in asbestos, mould and lead paint remediation and restoration at various Civida-managed properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area

The services required under this RFP have been separated into two (2) Service Areas as follows:
• Service Area 1: Property Districts A, B, F, G & H comprising of approximately 3,208 residential units
• Service Area 2: Property Districts C, D, E, comprising of approximately 2,158 residential units
