Description

The Good Samaritan Society is a not for profit charitable organization providing Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Supportive Living in Alberta and British Columbia. Good Samaritan will be constructing a state of the art 280 bed long term care facility in the Stewart Greens community of Edmonton Construction is anticipated to start in late Spring of 2025 with an anticipated completion of Fall 2027. This project is designed as a collection of 20 independent households; each household will house 14 residents in private rooms, promoting a GSS “Being and Belonging” personalized living environment. The facility will also provide a space to facilitate the delivery of the Comprehensive Home Options of Integrated Care for the Elderly (CHOICE) program. In addition, the development will include the administrative offices for the Good Samaritan Society.

Development Permit Design Drawings will be provided upon request by emailing your request to purchasing@gss.org. Interested parties will be required to complete and submit a Non Disclosure Agreement before being provided with the link to the drawings.

The public Tender Invitation will be posted at a later date this spring.
