Description

Halifax Water seeks to retain the services of a qualified consulting team to further explore in detail the two replacement options: partial, and full to determine which of the two options is the optimal approach. The firm will be responsible for guiding Halifax Water through a detailed decision-making process for selection of the recommended approach, establish the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), review their information and approval requirements, prepare and execute a plan for AHJ management, and make a recommendation on the methodology for project execution to complete the design and construction.
