Respondents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4.1 above. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Commissionaires’ sign-in desk, 140 Promenade du Portage in Gatineau QC.For mandatory site visits, Respondents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.Respondents will be notified by Addenda of any changes to the date of the site visit. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Respondent as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the
site.Respondents are expected to carefully examine the site, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee Quotation all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.Failure of a Respondent to attend a mandatory site visit or teleconference, properly register and remain present for the entire duration of the site meeting or teleconference will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Respondents’ Quotation.
