The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply of quantity eleven (11) Panoramic Night Vision Goggles (NVG) manufactured by Thales Canada Inc. (St-Laurent, Quebec). This is a Test and Evaluation acquisition, undertaken to update our knowledge of the analogue quad-objective wide field of view night vision market.
