Description

University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) is accepting submissions from qualified respondents interested in providing event services to UFV. The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) is to determine if there are qualified proponents for the provision of certain event services in the following categories: 1) Event Production/Programming 2) Event/Tradeshow Rentals 3) Electrical & Audio-Visual Services and Equipment Rentals 4) Event Setup and Strike 5) Catering Services, and to create a list of suppliers acceptable to UFV that could supply the type of services and /or goods that may be required by UFV on an “as, if and when” required basis.
