PWGSC, on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), is issuing this Solicitation of offers for the acquisition of Enhanced guards services at the Immigration Holding Centre (IHC), including the care, control and transport of high-risk detained individuals under the CBSA’s responsibility located in Laval, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
