This fiscal year : Tender Ready Plans and specs – CS estimate $33K
Next fiscal year : Construction – CS estimate $17K

Proceed with the Design Brief, design and construction as detailed in the Holistic ventilation Report for BCC04 dated January, 2024, Option 3 - supply, installation and commissioning of a new packaged rooftop Make-Up Air (MUA) for Lab 4-111/4-M1.
The new unit will be installed in addition to the existing ventilation for the lab to provide a minimum of 6 air changes per hour

The primary discipline is mechanical, with some electrical, structural and architectural
