The client requires a new single story modular office unit to accommodate up to 24 employees
based on the existing size of the cleared lot. The existing pre-fabricated trailer structures that
are currently housing these employees (19C and 19D) have reached the end of their useable
life. The existing trailers must first be decommissioned and demolished so the new building can
be placed in the same location.
