The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of a membership to an innovation technology hub or incubator in the National Capital Region (NCR), facilitating access to investors and entrepreneurial support and providing innovative solutions to its defence and security challenges.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
