Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Xplor Recreation for a thirty-six month period commencing January 28, 2025 for the following service: PerfectMind Parks and Rec Management System Software Subscription with a total anticipated value of $253,800. The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons: 1. Xplor Recreation develops, sells, maintains and supports the PerfectMind system. 2. Xplor Recreation has extensive experience collaborating with Municipalities.
