• Ontario Health (“OH”) is releasing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to schedule strategy discussions (via virtual video-conference sessions) with interested suppliers of Identity and Access Management (IAM) product(s), with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Identity Proofing capabilities.
  
  The RFI document is available on the "attachments" section of the RFI.
  Completed RFI submission is to be uploaded in the qualification envelope on the RFI.
• Scope of Work
  In the context of this RFI, “supplier” refers to an organization that develops and delivers a comprehensive and competitive product within a marketplace, excluding those that are only authorized agents to distribute or resell the product or are solution integrators of a product.
  
  The objective of these discussions is to understand market products, explore supplier product offerings and capabilities, and identify potential challenges or opportunities in implementing large-scale, complex IAM solutions. Ontario Health aims to gather insights that will help define the scope and requirements of a health care provider identity and access management solution for Ontario Health and to shape our future procurement strategy.
  
  Participation is voluntary and not required for future RFPs, but Ontario Health believes these discussions offer a valuable chance to contribute to developing future digital health initiatives in the province.
