Requirement

The Herzberg Astronomy & Astrophysics (HAA) Research Centre at the NRC has a requirement for the delivery of a Reverberation Chamber and Radio Frequency Shielded Control Room. The delivery is required in Kaleden, British Columbia on or before July 31st, 2025.

Note to Bidders

The bidders must submit fixed price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra.

Evaluation Process

Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal.

Inquiries

To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) days prior to the bid closing date.

Please note that the National Research Council Canada will be closed for the holidays starting at noon Tuesday, December 24, 2024, until the reopening of business on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Any questions or submissions submitted during this time will be addressed on January 2, 2025.
