The purpose of this RFSQ is to invite qualified businesses and firms to submit their qualifications for consideration as pre-approved providers of project management services for major maintenance and capital infrastructure projects. The selected firms will act as the owner"s representative, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with institutional objectives.
