• RFB for supply and delivery of nasal spray (NS) and injectable (IM) naloxone kits for the Ontario Government Pharmaceutical and Medical Supply Service (“OGPMSS”), Ministry of Health (“MOH”).
• Scope of Work
  The Vendor will be responsible for the procurement of all kit components except naloxone, the assembly of kits, and the delivery of kits to OGPMSS when requested by OGPMSS on an as-needed basis. The Vendor will be responsible for sourcing, printing, and purchasing all kit components except NS naloxone (naloxone hydrochloride 4mg/0.1mL), and IM naloxone (naloxone hydrochloride injection 0.4 mg/ml) which the MOH will supply.
  
  When requested via purchase order, the successful vendor will deliver the NS and IM naloxone kits FOB Destination, Freight Pre-paid to the MOH’s facility:

  or to another location within Ontario.
