Request for Proposal (RFP) for Lawn Care Services for Sports Fields

Introduction
The Rural Community of Maple Hills is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive lawn care services for our sports fields located at 2603 Route 115, in Irishtown, New Brunswick for the 2025 season (May 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025). The goal is to keep the fields safe, healthy, and looking great for everyone in the community to enjoy.

Background
The sports fields are utilized for various recreational activities, including soccer, t-ball, baseball, and community events. Keeping the fields in great shape is important to make sure everyone can enjoy programming safely.

Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services:

- Mowing: Regular mowing of the fields and surrounding areas to maintain an appropriate height.

Proposal Requirements
Proposals must include the following:

- Company profile.
- Detailed description of the services offered.
- Description of lawn care equipment.
- Proposed schedule for maintenance activities.
- Pricing structure, including any additional fees for specific services.
- Proof of insurance.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Relevant experience and qualifications.
- Equipment to be used to carry out services.
- Pricing and value for services provided.
