Description

It is the intent of this specification to provide for the purchase of twenty (20) new Yamaha Drive AFI golf carts.

Quotations will be accepted for consideration on any make or model that is equal or superior to the Golf Carts specified. Decisions of equivalency will be at the sole interpretation of the District of Taylor’s Director of Community Services. A blanket statement that equipment proposed will meet all requirements will not be sufficient to establish equivalence.

The Golf Carts shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid, to the District of Taylor’s Lone Wolf Golf Club in first class operating condition. Contractor shall state delivery time after receipt of order.
