Sealed tenders marked "REGIONAL TOWN OF CAP-ACADIE - Shoreline trail - Phase 1", will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time) Tuesday, November 12th, 2024, at the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie located at 2647 Acadie Rd. Cap-Pel , NB E4N 1C2. The opening of tenders will be done publicly immediately following the tender"s closing.

All Tenders shall either be mailed or delivered personally to the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie Office whereupon they will be dated, and time stamped. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to ensure that Tenders are in possession of a Regional Town of Cap-Acadie Staff Member on or before the latest time stated in the Tender call documents. A Tender shall be deemed to have been received when the envelope has been stamped with the time and date of receipt.

Tendering procedures and amendments of the Construction Services Regulation 2022-78 under the Procurement Act and amendments thereto shall apply to this contract.

Tender documents are available online on New Brunswick Opportunity Network (NBON).
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest/highest or any qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted.
