NRCan requires ongoing capacity over the period of five (5) years to support public engagement, consultation,
and communication efforts. This encompasses the use of technology-driven methods and tools that promote
digital participation and ensure that consultation and engagement processes are inclusive and far-reaching. As
such, NRCan seeks a Supplier to provide an online engagement platform that will equip department officials
with the capability to plan and undertake consultation activities and host them on a public-facing online portal
(presently Let"s Talk Natural Resources and its French equivalent Parlons Ressources Naturelles).
The platform will be used as one of the many channels for engagement that the department undertakes across
various initiatives and topics with internal and external stakeholders
