Description

The TVDSB proposes to pre-qualify Contractors who are interested in performing restoration and replacement of various roofing sections on a number of schools within TVDSB. These projects will be scheduled to be completed before the end of August of each year. Roofing Services to include Cold Press Restoration projects, Hot Applied Built-Up Roof Replacement projects, Modified Bitumen Felt Roof Replacement projects and Cold Process Roof Replacement projects, as more particularly described in this Pre-Qualification. Through this Pre-Qualification TVDSB intends to establish “vendor of record” lists (“VOR Lists”) of prequalified Roofing consultants who will each execute a for (1) year MSA with the TVDSB with the option to renew for two additional years.
