This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8486-249346/A dated October 3, 2023 with a closing of November 14, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
