Description

• The Ministry of the Solicitor General is seeking to procure structural firefighting protective coats and pants (bunker coat and bunker pants, collectively known as “bunker gear”), and associated warranty service.
• Scope of Work
  The Ministry requires bunker gear to provide protection during structural firefighting operations where there is a threat of fire, or when certain physical hazards are likely to be encountered during non-fire related rescue operations, emergency medical operations, and victim extrication.

  Optional Information Session Date and TimeOctober 9, 2024 at 11:00 (Toronto time).
  
  To register, Bidders are requested to submit their intent to attend this voluntary Bidder information session via e-mail to the RFB Contact identified in section 1.1.8. Please include the following:
  
  - Full Bidder legal name
  - Full name of each attendee
  - Title/Position of each attendee
  - Business e-mail of each attendee
  - Whether you are a manufacturer, retailer, wholesaler, etc.
  
  Deadline to register: October 8, 2024 at 15:00 (Toronto time).
  
  Following registration, the Teams Meeting information will be provided to attendees that have provided their e-mail address.
  
  The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry’s requirements, as set out in the RFB. All interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to register for this voluntary Bidder information session.
  
  Any questions related to the Deliverables will not be answered during the Bidder information session. Bidders are requested to submit their questions relating to the Deliverables in writing to the RFB Contact identified in section 1.1.8 via the OTP online messaging function per section 1.1.9 – Method of Communication.
