Description

• Supply Ontario (SO) is planning to issue a Request for Bids (RFB) to establish a single-vendor, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record arrangement for a Digital Procurement Solution (DPS). The new DPS will provide a single digital marketplace to the public sector to provide tendering services and digitalization of the procurement process and contract management while assisting in meeting Ontario’s trade obligations by supporting open, fair and transparent competitive procurements for goods and services. This solution will, over time, enable suppliers to find all Ontario public sector procurement opportunities in one easy to use solution. SO is looking to procure a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that will enable an end-to-end supply chain process.
  
  We anticipate the posting of the RFB to be within the next month.
  
  SO as part of the pre-release notice for the DPS will be hosting a Market Day on September 17, 2024, at 10:00am. Participation in this information session is optional and the market day event will be remote. Organizations that are interested in attending the Market Day must complete the Market Day Registration form by September 10, 2024, and submit by 5 pm EST to James.Chang@supplyontario.ca. Remote attendance information will be shared with organizations after the registration form is submitted.
