Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive proposals to demolish the Porpoise Harbour dock & dispose of the materials. This includes removal of building structures, piles, metal container, and debris.

There will be an optional site visit. Site visits are to be coordinated with PRPA through the Contact Person. The date for the optional site visit is August 22, 2024 @ 9:00 am local time. Please notify the Contact Person if you wish to schedule this site visit. PRPA will advise of meeting location upon coordination of site visit.

As a condition of participating in a site visit, the Proponent agrees to comply with, and cause all of its representatives to comply with, all site rules which may be established by PRPA

It is strongly recommended that Proponents visit the construction site to verify site conditions and become familiar with conditions that may affect performance of the Work.
