Description

This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. The Scope of Work under this Contract includes operation and maintenance of the soil treatment facilities (STF), relocation of compliant soil to onsite stockpiles and offsite disposal of contaminated soil and water.
