Description

The purpose of this RFP is to help the City of Charlottetown identify and retain a qualified consulting firm to carry out data collection and modelling work on the City’s stormwater management system within the identified study area. As discussed herein, this work involves intrusive surveys of existing stormwater infrastructure, the development of a stormwater infrastructure asset inventory, and the development of a stormwater model based upon the existing conditions as determined through investigation and the intrusive surveys carried out. The successful Proponent will have the necessary skills, experience, and resources to execute this type of project and will approach the assignment with the intention of building upon and integrating with existing information, and with the goal of providing the City of Charlottetown with a comprehensive and turn-key dataset.
