Description

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number CIC-157284 dated 2024-05-07 with a closing of 2024-06-13 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires mobile shredding services for materials at multiple Service Canada/Passport Program regional offices across Canada. IRCC deals with highly sensitive and private information for the processing of passports and other operational needs. Due to the diverse and sensitive nature of the documents to be shredded, this request for proposal requires that a contractor provides scheduled and un-scheduled on-site shredding to the Service Canada/Passport Program regional offices.

The period of the contract is from the date of contract award to September 30th 2025, with four (4) one-year option periods. Options for this contract are as follows:

Option 1: October 1st 2025 – September 30th 2026
Option 2: October 1st 2026 – September 30th 2027
Option 3: October 1st 2027 – September 30th 2028
Option 4: October 1st 2028 – September 30th 2029

Canada is seeking to establish up to 9 contracts for Mobile Shredding Service, with each service area with one contractor awarded only.
