Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency INVITES BIDS ON TENDER DOCUMENT NO. MET24-115 Accessible Entry Renovations, Joe Howe Manor

Work of this Contract includes
Accessible entry renovations to Joe Howe Manor located at 5515 Victoria Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia. This scope of the work generally involves partial removal of existing canopy; removals of exterior concrete stairs, retaining walls, landscaping, sidewalks, and driveway; realign driveway and repair sidewalks; canopy modifications including new exterior finish and roofing; new concrete stairs; rock lined slope; new metal guardrails; and landscaping and reinstatement as required to complete the work.
