Description

Cape Breton University (CBU) is accepting Sealed Tender Offers to convert the former NSCC Marconi Building, A-Wing ground floor from an administrative space to a Collaborative Medical Clinic. This work is composed of demolition, precast demolition, exterior siding, interior architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, specialty fittings and finishes, and all associated work, as indicated by the attached Tender Drawings and Specifications. The work includes multiple examination rooms, waiting area, staff areas, a lab, collaborative space, washrooms, and meeting rooms.

Mandatory Site Visit: Thursday, July 25, 2024 Location: Lobby Foyer of the former Marconi Main Entrance Only those Tenders submitted by Contractors who have attended the mandatory pre-tender meeting will be considered. Any subsequent visits must be by appointment only.
