Description

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals for the Spill Management Plan for the Greater Victoria Water Supply Area.
The quantities are estimated annual amounts, initially for a one (1) year period with the option to extend the contract for an additional one (1) year period upon mutual agreement. The District reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.
