Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 1, 2024 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to Window Cleaning Services and Height Cleaning services including all labour, supervision, transportation, tools, material, and equipment; for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation, located at:Parliament Hill Complexes Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.The services must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work attached at Annex “A”
Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on July 9, 2024 at 10:30am. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm EDT, July 2, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and date of birth of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the mandatory site visit.
