The scope of work is to replace sealants at all masonry control joint and where found deteriorated. Also, to seal all penetration points of electrical outlet, lights, and cameras as required. The removal of corrosions and wood paint and repairing the damaged concrete as required. There is also a need to replace all railings with new corrosion resistant safety railings and rusted loading dock base # 2 as indicated in drawings.

• Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Ahmed Ibrahim at the security desk of 2464 Sheffield RD Ottawa. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
• Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.
