Description

Flooring replacement and stairwell refresh project for all common areas of the building. Work includes, but is not limited to:

Replace flooring in the building common areas as follows:

• Building lobby with new ceramic tile
• Building stairwells with vinyl flooring
• Building common corridors with vinyl flooring
• Project also includes the upgrade of the building’s stairwells with new railings, tactile landings, and colour-coded accent paint to comply with accessibility standards.
