The City of Dieppe invites tenders for:

TWO (2)-10-UNIT - NB HOUSING

Sealed bids marked "Bid for two (2) 10-Unit - NB Housing" will be received at the office of the City of Dieppe, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, NB, E1A 1G9, until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday July 23, 2024. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope.

In general, the work consists of the construction of two (2) 7,430 square feet (693 square meter) buildings each configured with 10 fully functional individual housing units complete with a common room, lobby, laundry room and inside corridor. The new 10 Unit buildings will be constructed on a vacant lot located at 610 and 612 Chemin Melanson Road in Dieppe, NB.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.

Bid Documents may be obtained from: New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON)

A copy of the Bid Documents is on file at the Moncton Northeast Construction Association, 297 Collishaw Street, Moncton, NB.

A non-mandatory site visit for all bidders will be held on Tuesday June 25, 2024, at 10h00 610 Chemin Melanson Road, Dieppe.

The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
