Respondents are advised that there will be an optional conference call to be held on June 25th 2024.

A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the optional call. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative on Microsoft Teams. Respondents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Abdoulkarim.Alin@bgis.com) by June 21th, 2024 to be authorized to access the call. Failure to register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the call.

BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the call time in the case when there are multiple call times.
